Patients are informed of Postiva’s role and how to contact the care team with questions or concerns, providing a consistent point of contact outside the surgical office.
Each patient is supported by a dedicated Postiva Care Coordinator who assists with post-operative instructions, recovery expectations, and next steps as questions arise—helping reduce calls and interruptions to the surgical practice.
Postiva remains available 24/7, offering reassurance and structured follow-up. When clinical review is appropriate, concerns are evaluated by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with surgical recovery experience, who provides guidance within established nursing protocols and coordinates with the surgical practice as needed. This model supports patients while allowing surgeons and office staff to stay focused on patient care and daily operations.
A dedicated Postiva Care Coordinator serves as the patient’s primary point of contact throughout the post-operative recovery period. The Care Coordinator manages day-to-day patient communication, addresses routine questions, and helps patients navigate post-operative instructions and recovery expectations in a clear, consistent manner.
